CallGirl4U.com is a hosting intermediary that stores user-submitted content. We do not create, edit, or control the listings published on this platform. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented a takedown policy and designated a Copyright Agent to receive infringement notices.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the claimed infringing material. We also maintain a repeat-infringer policy.

📝 How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail to locate it on our platform (exact URL preferred).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district.

In appropriate circumstances, CallGirl4U will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track takedown requests and reserve the right to disable accounts associated with repeated infringement.
